abstract |
Novel compounds, compositions and methods are provided for inhibiting the activity of Maloney proviral integrating kinase (PIM kinase) associated with tumor formation in human or animal subjects. In certain embodiments, the compounds and compositions are effective to inhibit the activity of at least one PIM kinase. For the treatment of serine/threonine kinase- or receptor tyrosine kinase-mediated disorders such as cancer, the novel compounds and compositions can be used alone or in combination with at least one other active agent. |
