titleOfInvention | Method for transferring fabric or fur indumentum pattern |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for transferring a fabric or fur indumentum pattern. The method comprises the following steps of: dissolving a water-soluble hot melt adhesive into water or an organic solvent or a mixture of the water and the organic solvent; coating, drying and rolling paper or a plastic film for standby application; printing the paper or the plastic film by using dye printing ink or dye ink, and making transfer paper or a transfer film; attaching a printed surface of the transfer paper or the transfer film to a fabric or a fur indumentum to be transferred, letting the transfer paper or the transfer film and the fabric or the fur indumentum to be transferred to enter a transfer machine together, and heating and pressurizing to realize printing; stripping off the transfer paper or the transfer film at first and fixing the dye, or fixing the dye at first and stripping off the transfer paper or the transfer film; washing and sizing the fabric and finishing transferring. By the method for transferring the pattern, reaction between the dye and a transfer substrate is avoided, the utilization rate of the dye is increased and the environmental pollution is reduced. A printed finished product has a darker color and high color fastness, so the printing quality is enhanced. |
