abstract The invention discloses a series of edaravone aminocarbonate derivatives capable of forming water-soluble substances into salts with acids and a preparation method thereof. The water-soluble substances have the general formula (I), wherein R is H, methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl or benzyl. HB represents an acid capable of forming a salt with a nitrogen-containing organic group. This type of compound has good water solubility and can exert the same brain protection effect as edaravone in animals.
