titleOfInvention Preparation method of particles for supplementing qi and activating blood circulation
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a particle pharmaceutical composition for supplementing qi and activating blood circulation, belonging to the field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations. The composition is prepared from radix astragali, red sage root, achyranthes root, hemlock parsley, ground beetle and artificial ox gallstone in certain proportions by weight. The preparation method comprises the steps of: performing ethanol extraction on the red sage root, the hemlock parsley and the achyranthes root in the prescription; performing water extraction on the ground beetle; performing water extraction on the radix astragali and the residues obtained by the first two steps, then respectively filtering and combining the filtrates, ultrafiltering, drying under reduced pressure, pulverizing, adding the artificial ox gallstone and a proper amount of dextrin, mixing evenly and granulating. Each gram of the pharmaceutical composition contains no less than 60mu g of astragaloside IV, and both the extraction efficiency and the astragaloside IV content are improved. The particles prepared by the preparation method have the efficacies of supplementing qi, activating blood circulation, freeing channels and eliminating phlegm, and are used for treating the syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency in the recovery period of ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction) involving the channels and collaterals.
