titleOfInvention Flubendiamide and emamectin benzoate blended emulsion and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a new flubendiamide and emamectin benzoate blended formulation, in particular to blended micro-emulsion and aqueous emulsion. The formulation consists of 0.1 to 50 percent of flubendiamide, 0.1 to 50 percent of emamectin benzoate, 5 to 25 percent of emulsifying agent, 1 to 15 percent of cosolvent and water in an amount added to 100 percent; and 1 to 10 percent of synergist and 1 to 10 percent of stabilizing agent can be added. A preparation method of the formulation comprises the following steps of: dissolving the flubendiamide and the emamectin benzoate into the cosolvent; adding the emulsifying agent; adding the synergist and the stabilizing agent; stirring uniformly, slowly adding the balance of water, and stirring till obtaining homogenous transparent liquid, namely obtaining the micro-emulsion; and performing high-speed shearing at the same time of stirring by using a high-speed shearing machine to obtain the aqueous emulsion. The micro-emulsion and the aqueous emulsion are mainly applied to prevention and control of pests of rice, vegetables, fruit trees, corn and the like. By using water to replace benzene organic solvents, the toxicity and the production cost of a product are reduced; the safety of production, storage and transportation is reduced; two pesticides are mutually synergistic; and the surfactant and the synergist improve the spreading, wetting, permeating and film-forming properties of the agent, improve the utilization of the pesticides and reduce the actual agent consumption.
