abstract | The invention relates to the analytical chemistry field, and discloses a method for detecting a landiolol hydrochloride optical isomer. The method comprises the following steps of: performing a derivatization reaction on a landiolol hydrochloride sample and a chiral derivatization reagent to obtain reacted solution, using the reacted solution as a test solution to perform the HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) detection, analyzing a measurement result by using an external standard method, wherein the mole ratio of the landiolol hydrochloride sample to the chiral derivatization reagent is (1-2):(4-7). The method is simple and rapid, high in sensitivity and stability; the separating degree meets the Chinese pharmacopoeia provisions; and therefore, the method can be applied to the detection of the landiolol hydrochloride optical isomer. |
