titleOfInvention | Waterborne wood lacquer |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of fine chemical industry, in particular to waterborne wood lacquer. The waterborne wood lacquer comprises a photocatalyst, a polyacrylic emulsion and an acceptable additive in the waterborne wood lacquer. The waterborne wood lacquer provided by invention does not contain formaldehyde, releases a smaller quantity of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and has the quality accordant with the national standard; as proved by an experiment, the waterborne wood lacquer can effectively inhibit bacteria and has the bacteria inhibiting rate of over 99.99 percent and the formaldehyde removing rate of 89.38-93.97 percent; and the VOC removing rate of the waterborne wood lacquer is 51.25-72.03 percent, the benzene removing rate is 53.67-71.96 percent, and formaldehyde and other VOCs in the air can be effectively removed continually. |
