titleOfInvention | Preparation method of tributylphosphane |
abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of tributylphosphane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding N-butene and an initiator in a nitrogen replacement raw material mixed kettle, and stirring so as to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture in a nitrogen replacement reaction system, raising the temperature to 80 DEG C, simultaneously adding phosphine gas, controlling the reaction temperature to 80-85 DGE C and controlling the reaction pressure to 5.0-8.0 Mpa, continuing to carry out heat and pressure preservation reaction for 2 hours after adding materials and phosphine, reducing the temperature to less than 50 DEG C, and depressurizing the reaction system to 0.5Mpa; and (2) replacing a rectification system with nitrogen, adding a reaction liquid to a rectification tower, regulating vacuum degree to 200mbar, raising the temperature to 80 DEG C, collecting light components, improving the vacuum degree to 5mbar, raising the temperature to 150 DEG C, and then collecting fraction. The preparation method is simple, cost is low, and yield is larger than 93.5%; the preparation method is suitable for industrial production; and reaction is carried out by adopting high pressure under which butane and phosphine are liquid, so that the reaction is easy to carry out. |
