abstract The invention provides a measuring method for detecting gel chromatography of high molecular weight materials in Qingkailing injection, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a, preparing a reference solution; b, preparing a test article solution; c, measuring: respectively and precisely absorbing 20 microliter of the reference solution and test article solution; injecting the two solutions into a liquid chromatograph; making a linear regression equation of a standard curve with the logarithm of the molecular weight of each reference substance and the corresponding retention time, and calculating the retention times of the substances with molecular weights at 10000, 5000 and 1000 by a standard curve regression equation, taking the retention times as the limit to calculate the accumulated peak area value of the test article in each section; d, measuring the lowest detection limit; e, detecting influences of sample matrix interferences; f, simulating the test; and g, measuring the sample. In the method provided by the invention, the high molecular weight materials in Qingkailing injection products are detected, and the high molecular weight materials which are possibly brought in are effectively monitored; and the method has very important significance.
