titleOfInvention Method for co-production of chemicals by solid-state fermentation in cane sugar manufacture and comprehensive utilization of canes
abstract The invention provides a method for co-production of ethanol, butanol, lactic acid and the like by solid-state fermentation in cane sugar manufacture and comprehensive utilization of canes, aiming at overcoming the defects of energy consumption due to multi-pass squeezing for sugar juice extraction and difficulty in recycling subsequent bagasse resources in cane sugar manufacture and other utilization processes. In the method, about 75% of total cane sugar amount can be extracted by consuming about 25% of the energy consumed by the traditional cane sugar juice extraction process, and a solid fermentation manner is used to reduce the energy consumption for cane utilization by utilizing about 25% of the residual sugar amount in raw materials; and the bagasse obtained after the solid fermentation is subjected to long/short fiber grading treatment, separated long fibers are used as raw materials for papermaking, and the short fibers, bagasse piths and the like are used as feed. By means of graded utilization of fermented bagasse, the property of the raw materials for papermaking is improved and the quality of feed products is improved, and thus, the high-value comprehensive utilization of the cane resources is realized.
