titleOfInvention Method for detecting surplus of printer magnetic consumption body
abstract The invention provides a device and a method for detecting and recording surplus of a printer magnetic consumption body, wherein the device comprises a radio frequency (RF) tag arranged on a box body on which a magnetic consumption body is distributed, a RF operation module communicating with the RF tag, and a printer control module electrically connected to the RF operation module. The amount of magnetic ink or magnetic carbon powder can influence the inductance of the RF tag, thus the communication power or carrier frequency of the RF operation module needs readjusting by the printer control module during the printing procedure, so as to enable the RF operation module and the RF tag to communicate continuously; the surplus value of the consumption body can be detected according to the functional relation between the communication power or carrier frequency of the RF operation module and the surplus value of the consumption body; and the RF tag further records the consumption condition of the consumption body during the printing procedure in a metering zone of the RF tag, so that the same device can realize two functions of detecting the surplus of the printer consumption body and recording the information.
