titleOfInvention | Organic light-emitting display device, its manufacturing method, and surface treatment equipment |
abstract | Provided are a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device, a surface treatment device for the organic light emitting display device, and the organic light emitting display device. In order to easily form an organic emission layer, the method includes: forming a first electrode on a substrate; forming a pixel defining layer having an opening exposing a predetermined portion of the first electrode on the first electrode; forming a charge-carrying layer on the pixel-defining layer and the first electrode exposed through the opening; using a laser to selectively perform hydrophobic treatment on parts of the surface of the charge-carrying layer, wherein these parts do not correspond to the an opening; an organic emission layer is formed on the charge carrying layer; and a second electrode is formed on the organic emission layer so as to be electrically connected to the organic emission layer. |
