Laminated plate (1) has aluminium alloy plate (2a, 2b), described aluminium alloy plate is layered in the every side in the both sides of foamed core polypropylene-based resin (3a), and described laminated plate is formed composite formed article by heat froth sandwich layer acrylic resin (3a) after such shaping to form foam. Laminated plate (1) is relatively thin, and aluminium alloy plate (2a, 2b) and the foamed core acrylic resin (3a) of a part for composition laminated plate are also formed relatively thin. Aluminium alloy plate (2a, 2b) includes the heat refining material being selected from O material, H22 material-H24 material, H32 material-H34 material and T4 material.
