Provided is a white light emitting diode device, comprising blue light emitting diode device light source, sealing glue material, green fluorescent powder and orange fluorescent powder. The sealing glue material covers the blue light emitting diode device light source. The green fluorescent powder is scattered in the sealing glue material. The green fluorescent powder comprises (Lu1-x-y-a-bYxGdy)3(Al1-zGaz)5012:CeaPrb, wherein 0<=x<=1, 0<=y<=1, 0<=z<=0.1, 0<=a<=0.2 and 0<=b<=0.1. The orange fluorescent powder is scattered in the sealing glue material, and comprises at least one of a compound A and a compound B. The compound A is (Sr1-x-y-zCaxBayMgz)2Si04:Euw, wherein 0<=x<=1, 0<=y<=1, 0<=z<=1, 0.03<=w<=0.2. The compound B is (M1)x(M2)y(Si,Al)12(O, N)16, wherein M1 represents L1, Mg, Ca or Y; M2 represents Ce, Pr, Eu, Tb, Yb or Er; 0.05<=x+y<=1.5 and 0<=y<=0.7. |
