abstract The invention provides vinyl amine polyether. The structure of the vinyl amine polyether is expressed in the following formula (1), wherein R1 represents alkylene of C1-C8 ; R2 represents hydrogen or alkyl of C1-C3; X represents amido (N-) or acylamino (CON-); a and b are integers in the range of 2 to 4 and are unequal; m, n, x and y are all integers more than or equal to zero; the sum of m and n is more than or equal to 2 and is less than or equal to 100; the sum of x and y is more than or equal to 2 and is less than or equal to 100; the sum of m, n, x and y is more than or equal to 2 and is less than or equal to 100; m and x cannot be equal to zero simultaneously; and n and y cannot be equal to zero simultaneously. The vinyl amine polyether has a double branched chain block structure and has good polymerization activity and molecular structure controllability. The invention also provides a preparation method of the vinyl amine polyether and application of the vinyl amine polyether to synthesis of industrial high molecular polymers.
