titleOfInvention 2-(4-Chlorophenoxy)-2-methylpropionic acid methoxyphenyl propionate compound and synthesis method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a 2-(4-Chlorophenoxy)-2-methylpropionic acid methoxyphenyl propionate compound which can be used for reducing cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein in a hyperlipidaemia model. By structural confirmation, the compound has the following structure that a synthesis method of the compound comprises the following steps of: taking 2-(4-Chlorophenoxy)-2-methylpropionic acid (1mol to 0.1mol), tetrahydro furan (100ml to 20ml), 1,3-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (1mol to 0.1mol) and vanillin pyridine solution (1mol to 0.1mol); performing a reaction for 6 hours at a temperature of 10 DEG C to 30 DEG C; pouring reaction solution into water to obtain a crude product; carrying out recrystallization on the crude product by ethanol to obtain white solid; then adding malonic acid (1mol to 0.1mol) and pyridine (1mol to 0.1mol); and performing a reaction for 10 hours at a temperature of 100 DEG C to 120 DEG C to obtain white solid serving as the compound product. The compound has the yield of 85 percent.
