titleOfInvention Preparation method for lignosulfonate
abstract The invention provides a preparation method for lignosulfonate, which comprises the following steps: (a) mixing a sulfate process pulping waste liquid and a sulphite process pulping waste liquid so as to obtain a mixed waste liquid, wherein the pH value of the mixed waste liquid is 12 to 13, the sulfate process pulping waste liquid comprises lignin and sodium hydroxide and the sulphite process pulping waste liquid comprises calcium lignosulphonate and reducing sugar; (b) heating up the mixed waste liquid and keeping the mixed liquid warm so as to obtain a first solution; and (c) adjusting the pH value of the first solution to be in the range of 10.5 to 11.5 and adding aldehydes compounds to the first solution so as to obtain calcium lignosulphonate after reaction. In the preparation method, as the two waste liquids are mixed and then are processed together, the two waste liquids are neutralized by using different alkalinity and acidity of the two waste liquids, and chemical agents such as alkali or acid and the like do not need to be additionally added so as to save raw materials and simplify the process.
