titleOfInvention | Combined bacteriostat with lysozyme |
abstract | The invention relates to a combined bacteriostat with lysozyme, which mainly solves the problem of the bad inhibition effect to gram negative bacteria of the lysozyme. The combined bacteriostat is compounded by the following components in parts by weight: 0.25-5 lysozyme, 1-10 glycine and 0.05-0.5 ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid; the combined bacteriostat can be a solid composition; the additive amount of the combined bacteriostat in a bacteria-containing feed is 1.3-15per mill proportion by weight; and the combined bacteriostat can also be dissolved in 10ml of phosphate buffer solution with the pH (potential of hydrogen) value of 7.4, and added into the bacteria-containing feed for use. In the invention, the inhibition effect of the lysozyme to the gram negative bacteria such as escherichia coli and the like can be improved by more than 40-600 times; and the combined bacteriostat has the characteristics of being environment-friendly, being degradable, having no residual, and being safe relative to antibiotics and chemical preservatives. |
