abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of antifouling in the sea, and relates to a compound anti-fouling agent used in the sea environment, in particular to an anti-fouling agent containing paeonolum and nicotine structure and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of: performing the manich reaction at the weight ratio of paeonolum to formaldehyde to nicotine of 1: (1-4): 1, neutralizing a separated product by alkaline solution, and purifying to obtain a compound; putting the paeonolum into a reaction container, adding dissolvent, and dissolving in a stirring way at the room temperature; and adding formaldehyde compounds and nicotinamide, dissolving in a stirring way, putting catalyst into a constant-pressure hopper after the catalyst is heated, slowly adding the catalyst into the reaction container to react, removing the solution by means of pumping and filtering, neutralizing by the alkaline solution to obtain a white solid product, and recrystallizing by dissolvent to obtain a paeonolum and nicotine structure-containing compound, i.e. an anti-fouling product. The invention is simple in technology, easy to take raw materials, low in cost, good in product quality, and high in anti-fouling effect. |
