abstract The invention provides aqueous chromium-free surface treatment solution for combining color coating pretreatment and base paint coating of a galvanized plate, and belongs to the technical field of surface treatment of galvanized plates. The treatment solution comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20 to 60 percent of waterborne resin, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of organic silane, 0.25 to 0.8 percent of inorganic corrosion inhibitor, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of sealing agent, 0.02 to 0.05 percent of stabilizing agent, and the balance of deionized water serving as a solvent. By using the surface treatment solution provided by the invention, a compact passivation film can be formed on the surface of the galvanized plate, and the total performance of the passivation film can reach or exceed the level of a chromate passivation film; because of excellent corrosion resistance and adhesive force of the surface treatment solution, a finishing paint can be directly coated on the coated paint film layer serving as the base paint of the color coated plate, so the color coating treatment process for the galvanized plate is simplified, and the reduction of the cost is favorable; and the montmorillonite with lamellar structure in the paint film is favorable for blocking oxygen and water vapor from contacting a substrate so as to effectively improve the corrosion resistance.
