In the preparation method, 2,4-dihalogenated phenol (a compound 1) which is cheap and is easy to obtain is used as a starting material, and the Febuxostat is synthesized by means of a new route comprising the steps of alkylation, cyaniding, sulfo-formylation, cyclization, and deprotection. The preparation method provided by the invention has a short route, and low-toxicity cuprous cyanide is used for cyaniding and virulent compounds such as potassium cyanide, sodium cyanide and the like are avoided, so that the process safety is greatly improved. |
