The present invention relates to inorganic cement clinker which is prepared by using hot molten slag having a temperature of 1000 DEG C or more, which is produced as a side product in a melting furnace, in a steel making process, as a main raw material, using a supplementary component which includes one or more selected from a group consisting of CaO source, SiO2 source, Al2O3 source, and Fe2O3 source, using heat of the slag itself as a main heat source for melting, and obtaining a melt raw material mixture, cooling the melt raw material mixture and curing the cooled melt raw material mixture, a method of preparing the same, and inorganic cement comprising the same. |
