titleOfInvention | Resin particle and method for producing same |
abstract | Disclosed is a method for producing resin particles having a good balance between excellent heat-resistant storage stability and melting characteristics, which conventional resin particles cannot have achieved. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing resin particles (X) comprising a step wherein resin particles (B) containing a resin (A), which is composed of a crystalline moiety (a) containing a lactone ring-opened polymer (p) as an essential component and an amorphous moiety (b), is treated with carbon dioxide (C) in a liquid or supercritical state, and then (C) is removed. The heat of fusion of the thus-obtained resin particles as determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) satisfies the following relation (1): 0 <= H2/H1 <= 0.9 (1), (In relation (1), H1 represents the heat of fusion (J/g) during the first temperature rise as measured by DSC, and H2 represents the heat of fusion (J/g) during the second temperature rise as measured by DSC). |
