titleOfInvention Gas diffusion layer and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a gas diffusion layer and a preparation method and application thereof. The gas diffusion layer comprises a carbon black layer (2) with the micropore diameter of 30 to 100 microns and/or a carbon fiber layer (1) with the micropore diameter of 50 to 150 microns. The gas diffusion layer can be widely applied to gas diffusion electrodes in fuel cells, electrolytic cells and ultracapacitor electrochemical reaction devices. The invention simultaneously discloses a preparation method of the gas diffusion layer. The gas diffusion layer has a simple, rational and compact structure, overcomes various defects of the prior art, and has the advantages of high air permeability, high drainage, high conductivity, stable catalyst layers and high catalyst utilization rate.
