abstract | The invention provides a nylon powder coating, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in part by weight: 10 to 20 parts of nylon material A, 10 to 20 parts of nylon material B, 60 to 80 pars of nylon material C, 5 to 15 parts of aid, and 70 to 130 parts of solvent. The nylon material A is one or a mixture of more of nylon 6, nylon 6 reclaiming material and caprolactam in an arbitrary ratio; the nylon material B is one or a mixture of more of nylon 66 resin, nylon 66 salt and nylon 66 reclaiming material in an arbitrary ratio; and the nylon material C is one or a mixture of more of nylon 1010 resin, nylon 1010 salt and nylon 1010 reclaiming material in an arbitrary ratio. The process is simple; the raw materials are readily available; the cost is low; the method is easy to control; the quality is stable; and the nylon powder coating is convenient to implement, and is favorable for recycling waste resources to protect environment. |
