abstract | The present invention relates to a rubber composition for an airtight layer of a tire and the tire manufactured with the same. The rubber composition comprises the following components: 100 by weight parts of crude rubber, which comprises 30-100 by weight parts of halogenated butyl rubber and 0-70 by weight parts of natural rubber; and 2-20 by weight parts of mixing homogenizer, wherein the mixing homogenizer comprises a mixture which comprises alkyl-phenol resin, benzofuran-indene resin and olefin resin. The rubber composition is adopted for the airtight layer of the tire so the structure and the manufacturing method of the airtight layer of the tire are simplified. Simultaneously the air tightness, fatigue resistance and heat aging resistance of the tire are improved. Furthermore the rubber composition has excellent adhesion performance with a tire body layer. |
