abstract | The invention provides a smoke dry oxygen content measurement method and system. The method comprises the following steps of: collecting smoke to be tested from a main flue at the front end of an air preheater and carrying out dust removal treatment on the smoke to be tested; sending the smoke to be tested, subjected to dust removal treatment, to the main flue at the rear end of the air preheater through a bypass flue; detecting the wet oxygen content of the smoke to be tested in the bypass flue and outputting detected wet oxygen content data; detecting the wetness value of the smoke to be tested in the bypass flue and outputting detected wetness value data; and calculating the dry oxygen value of the smoke according to the output wet oxygen content data and the wetness value data. Based on the technical scheme, the dry oxygen content of the smoke can be accurately measured, and dry combustion air quantity is accurately controlled according to the dry oxygen content. |
