abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing a polycarboxylic acid high slump retaining agent. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) adding maleic anhydride and polyethylene glycol into the bottom of a reaction kettle, and introducing nitrogen to evacuate and raise temperature to prepare mixed solution; 2) after the temperature is stable and the materials are completely dissolved, slowly adding a catalyst into the reaction kettle, gradually raising the temperature and keeping the temperature; 3) after keeping the temperature, reducing the temperature, and adding water into the solution to regulate the solution into 50 percent maleic anhydride polyethylene glycol diester for later use; and 4) adding an allyl polyethylene glycol polyether, the maleic anhydride and the maleic anhydride polyethylene glycol diester into the reaction kettle according to proportion, raising the temperature, adding an initiator into the reaction kettle, dropwise adding acrylic acid, a chain transfer agent and the aqueous solution of a reducer respectively, keeping the temperature to ripen, cooling to reduce the temperature, and adding an alkali to neutralize the product to obtain the polycarboxylic acid high slump retaining agent. In the preparation process, no solvent is used, no harmful gas is exhausted and no harmful liquid is discharged; and the prepared high slump retaining agent can be cooperatively used with various polycarboxylic acids and can greatly improve the slump retention of concrete at a relatively low filtration amount and the like. |
