titleOfInvention Method for enriching and purifying fructooligosaccharide in witloof
abstract The invention belongs to the field of natural organic chemistry and relates to a method for enriching and purifying fructooligosaccharide in witloof by using a macroporous absorption resin. The method has the characteristics of high absorption selectivity on the fructooligosaccharide which is separated and purified by a macroporous absorption technology, high absorption speed and analysis speed, large absorption capacity, convenience and quickness of extraction, abundant sources in raw materials, low production cost, obvious separation effect and high extraction purity. By the method, a fructooligosaccharide semifinished product with content of over 35 percent and a fructooligosaccharide finished product with content of over 95 percent can be obtained, and the defects of relatively low conventional extraction rate and low extraction purity are overcome. The macroporous absorption resin with stable physical and chemical properties, large surface area, high exchange speed, high mechanical strength, high contamination resistance and high thermal stability is adopted; the fructooligosaccharide can be selectively absorbed from the solution through physical absorption; and the absorption speed and the analysis speed are high and the absorption capacity is large.
