titleOfInvention | High-activity indium borate composite nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide photocatalyst |
abstract | The invention discloses a novel high-activity indium borate composite nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide photocatalyst. The chemical formula of the photocatalyst is InBO3/TiO2-N. The high-activity indium borate composite nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide photocatalyst is prepared by using indium salt, boron-containing compound, alkali compound and titanic acid ester or titanic acid salt as precursors, adding a thinner and adopting a hydrolysis precipitation method; the photocatalyst has the characteristics of good dispersibility, strong stability, excellent photocatalysis performance and the like; and the visible light and ultraviolet catalytic efficiency of the photocatalyst is multiple times higher than those of pure InBO3, pure TiO2 and single-doped TiO2 (TiO2-N) photocatalyst. The research result aims to solve the key problems of low solar utilization rate and visible light catalytic efficiency and the like of the conventional photocatalyst, and lays a foundation for realizing high efficiency and high performance of the photocatalyst and practical application of the photocatalyst in the field of environmental governance. |
