titleOfInvention Biologically active substance and application thereof to prevention and control of soybean cyst nematode No.4 microspecies
abstract The invention particularly relates to a biologically active substance and application thereof to prevention and control of soybean cyst nematode No.4 microspecies, which belong to the field of prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests. The biologically active substance is extracted by using a method comprising the following steps of: (1) grinding lycoperdales medicinal materials, and screening to obtain medicinal material powder; (2) adding an extracted buffer solution into the medicinal material powder, stirring, standing at the low temperature for a night, centrifuging, and combining supernate; (3) adding ammonium sulfate into the supernate, and salting out; (4) extracting a salting-out solution, and centrifuging to obtain precipitate; and (5) dialyzing to obtain crude protein. The biologically active substance provided by the invention can be taken as an environmentally-friendly pesticide, has a similar lethal effect to 1.0550 mg/kg of 61.44-percent emamectin benzoate active compound on soybean cyst nematode No.4 microspecies, and has the eelworm death rate of about 50 percent.
