titleOfInvention Wall-scraping type heat exchanger
abstract The invention discloses a wall-scraping type heat exchanger which comprises a material cylinder, a scraping shaft and a heat exchange medium cylinder, wherein one end of the material cylinder is provided with a transition cylinder; the length of the transition cylinder is greater than the stroke of the scraping shaft; the scraping shaft penetrates through the transition cylinder and is stretched into the material cylinder; scraping trays are arranged on the scraping shaft in the material cylinder; material through holes are arranged on the scraping trays; the scraping trays are distributed on the scraping shaft; the distance between the scraping trays is less than or equal to the stroke of the scraping shaft; and the heat exchange medium cylinder is arranged on the outer layer of the material cylinder. By using the heat exchanger of the invention, the phenomenon of coking or crystallizing liquid material can be efficiently prevented. The wall-scraping type heat exchanger can be washed quickly and the washing time is saved.
