titleOfInvention | Method for preparing 1,2-dihydroisoquinoline compounds of pyrazole ring |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of organic chemistry, and relates to a method for preparing 1,2-dihydroisoquinoline compounds of a pyrazole ring. The structure of the compounds is represented and confirmed by a method such as 1H NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance), 13C NMR, HRMS (high resolution mass spectrometry), and single-crystal X diffraction. The method comprises the following steps of: performing intramolecularcyclization on acetonitrile and N,N-dimethylformamide of which the v/v is 1:3, and adjacent alkynyl substituted benzaldehyde hydrozones at room temperature by using silver trifluoromethanesulfonate as a catalyst, performing nucleophilic addition reaction with silyl enol ether, performing intramolecular condensation and aromatization, and efficiently preparing the 1,2-dihydroisoquinoline compounds of the pyrazole ring by using a one-pot method. In the method, reaction conditions are mild, a substrate has a wide applicable range, a few side reactions are generated, and the product has high purity and is easy to separate and purify; and the method is easy and convenient to operate and low in cost, can be applied to large-scale preparation and has good application prospect. |
