abstract | The invention provides a releasing agent used in a process of forming a magnetic material, which comprises the following components: 0.1-2 percent by weight of graphite powder, 0.1-5 percent by weight of fatty acid derivative, 0.1-2 percent by weight of paraffin, 0.1-0.5 percent by weight of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 0.1-2.5 percent by weight of glyceride and 88-99.5 percent by weight of gasoline mixture. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the releasing agent. According to the releasing agent provided by the invention, the problem of adhesion in the process of forming the magnetic material is solved, and the surface quality of a permanent magnet material casting is improved, especially the annular permanent magnet material product with large long diameter ration; and by using the releasing agent, the surface roughness of the permanent magnet material blank product is reduced, and the forming qualified rate of products is improved. |
