abstract The invention discloses a tripolycyanamide analogue, a preparation method of the tripolycyanamide analogue and an intermediate used in the preparation method. The structural formula of the tripolycyanamide analogue provided by the invention is shown in a formula I which is disclosed in the specification, and the structural formula of the intermediate is shown in a formula 9 which is disclosed in the specification. The tripolycyanamide analogue can be used for preparing a tripolycyanamide-resisting monoclonal antibody. The tripolycyanamide in dairy products can be rapidly detected by applying the monoclonal antibody prepared from the compound shown in the formula I and using an indirect compete enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method, thus the prepared monoclonal antibody has the advantages of strong specificity, high sensitivity, large amount of sample to be detected and the like, and the operation is simple. In addition, compared with the similar detection method, the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that liquid samples to be detected do not need to be pre-treated, solid samples just need to be dissolved by a phosphate buffer at a proper concentration and then can be detected, the operation is simple, and the time is saved.
