titleOfInvention | Self-cleaning sand basin |
abstract | A self-cleaning sand basin belongs to the technical field of environment detection. The self-cleaning sand basin comprises a sand basin main body provided with a water sample water inlet, a water outlet, an overflowing water outlet, a running water inlet and a sampling opening; the sand basin main body is a cylindrical PVC tube; a piston self-cleaning float bowl is arranged in the sand basin main body and comprises a cylindrical float bowl body with a circulating water channel in the middle and a cleaning brush fixed at the bottom end of the bowl body; and the pipe diameter of the cylindrical float bowl is 0.8-0.9 times of that of the sand basin main body. The piston float bowl is utilized, thereby solving the self-cleaning difficult problem of scales on the inner wall of the sand basin; the cylindrical sand basin utilizes the natural gravity of the sand basin and the height sediment, and the sediment can be quickly settled to the lower layer in the process of water level rise, thereby greatly improving the sand-setting efficiency and speed, reducing the volume of the sand basin, and saving the consumption of the washing running water. The parts are manufactured by using standard PVC tubular products; therefore, the cost is greatly reduced and the installation is convenient. |
