titleOfInvention Preparation method of electromagnetic wave absorbing particles by taking microorganism as template
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of electromagnetic wave absorbing particles by taking a microorganism as a template, which is realized by coating a carbonyl iron layer on the surface of the microorganism and adopting a liquid-phase pentacarbonyl iron thermal decomposition technology. The method comprises four main steps of: step 1, pretreatment of a selected microorganism template; step 2, dewatering treatment; step 3, deposition of carbonyl iron; and step 4, drying and thermal treatment to obtain the electromagnetic wave absorbing particles. In the preparation method, the material taking is convenient, the procedure is simplified, the prepared electromagnetic wave absorbing particles of the microorganism maintain the original shape of the microorganism, and the specific structure and the carbonyl iron material on the surface are utilized, so that the reflectivity of the electromagnetic wave absorbing material is larger than -10dB under the frequency band of 1GHz-18GHz, and in the technical fields of electromagnetic absorbing and protecting materials, the practical value is better and the application prospect is wide.
