titleOfInvention Easy cation-dyeable polyester (ECDP) fibers and production method thereof
abstract The invention discloses easy cation-dyeable polyester (ECDP) fibers and a production method thereof. The fibers are characterized in that polyester is obtained by copolymerizing terephthalic acid, glycol, aliphatic dibasic acid and m-phthalic acid sulfonate and catalyzing the copolymer with a titanium catalyst; and the novel easy cation-dyeable fibers are prepared by carrying out melt spinning on the polyester. The fibers disclosed by the invention have normal temperature and pressure dyeability of cationic dyes, have bright colors, fine handfeel and good color fastness to light after being dyed, have environmental safety and can be effectively produced in mass.
