abstract | The present invention provides a constant voltage output circuit, comprising a mode output module and an output module, wherein the mode output module is used for selecting the output module to enter a linear control mode or a switch control mode according to an output voltage sample; the output module is used for entering the linear control mode or the switch control mode according to instructions of the mode output module; in the linear control mode, a grid electrode of a power switch tube in the output module is controlled to output a stable current; in the switch control mode, the power switch tube of the output module is controlled to be in an on state and an off state alternatively, and an output voltage is adjusted by a signal height input by the grid electrode of the power switch tube. In the present invention, a peak value and a valley value of the output current are determined via changing the level value of a driving voltage, so that the stable output of the circuit is realized; and simultaneously, a DCDC mode ensured high efficiency under a heavy load and low ripple under a light load are realized by the switch control mode and the linear control mode. |
