abstract | The invention relates to a display device which comprises a touch screen and a displayer, wherein the touch screen comprises a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate; the first electrode plate comprises a first substrate, a first conductive layer and two first electrodes; the second electrode plate and the first electrode plate are arranged at an interval, and the second electrode plate comprises a second substrate, a second conductive layer and two second electrodes; the displayer is arranged over against and close to the second electrode plate of the touch screen, and comprises a plurality of pixel points, the pixel points are arranged in multi-lines along a first direction and arranged in multi-rows along a second direction; at least one of the second conductive layer and the first conductive layer comprises a carbon nano tube structure, the carbon nano tube structure comprises a plurality of carbon nano tubes which are arranged in a preferred orientation mode basically along the same direction, and an included angle which is greater than 0 degree and less then or equal to 90 degrees is formed between the axial direction of the carbon nano tubes and the second direction. |
