titleOfInvention Thermally conductive composition
abstract The invention provides a thermally conductive composition. The injection discharge property and the surface viscosity of the thermally conductive composition kept stable at a normal temperature can disappear in a short time, thereby preventing the liquid dripping or penetration pollution when the composition is used under the condition of garbage adhesion at a high temperature. The composition is suitable to be used as the adhesive and heat release material for optical pickup devices, such as DVD and the like. The liquid-type thermally conductive composition is characterized in that the composition comprises an organic polymer, thermoplastic resin, a solvent and thermal conductive filling material. The organic polymer is liquid at a normal temperature with an average molecular weight higher than 1000. The thermoplastic resin dissolves in the solvent. When in use, the interior of the composition is substantially kept to be liquid or slurry for a long time and the surface of the composition is in a non-tacky state within a short time.
