titleOfInvention Halogen-free, inflaming-retarding and high-toughness polyamide composition and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a halogen-free, inflaming-retarding and high-toughness polyamide composition and a preparation method thereof, which relate to a resin halogen-free and inflaming-retarding technique. The composite comprises 100 weight parts of polyamide resin, 5 to 25 weight parts of tripolycyanamide compound, 0 to 80 weight parts of carbon forming agent, and 5 to 25 weight parts of composite powdered rubber, wherein the carbon forming agent is at least one from polyol compounds with high carbon content and/or organic resins having hydroxyl; the composite powdered rubber is powdered polyacrylate rubber combined with organic imvite, wherein the weight ratio of a rubber phase to the organic imvite is (1-4):1, and the gel content of the rubber phase is 60 weight percent or above; and the composite powered rubber is prepared by uniformly mixing irradiated or non-irradiated polyacrylate rubber latex and organic imvite slurry according to a required dry weight ratio and drying. The polyamide composition provided by the invention has high fire-retarding performance and high toughness and can be widely used.
