titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing bicycle frame by using composite material |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bicycle frame by using a composite material, which comprises the following steps of: putting a continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin pre-impregnated belt into a hot press, controlling the temperature to be between 150 and 180 DEG C and pressure to be between 0.5 and 1MPa, performing die pressing on the continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin pre-impregnated belt to form a plate, naturally cooling to the temperature of between 40 and 60 DEG C, and cutting the plate into the bicycle frame. Compared with the prior art, the plate formed by the continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin pre-impregnated belt through die pressing can be directly cut and formed without being welded, and has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, high impact resistance, low cost and the like. |
