abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a sodium nitrite standard sample for a food safety rapid detecting box. The method comprises the following steps: (1) drying sodium chloride, keeping the weight constant; (2) drying sodium nitrite, keeping the weight constant; (3) mixing sodium chloride and sodium nitrite, grinding uniformly; and (4) subpackaging with a white capsule to obtain a sodium nitrite standard sample. The sodium nitrite standard sample is a solid sample; when in use, a defined amount of distilled water is used to dissolve the solid standard sample, thus the standard sample is easy and convenient to use; the inspector performs all the operations of the calibration sample and samples and the four factors, namely control temperature, pH value, dosage of color reagent and reaction time can be consistent, thus the detection error of the traditional method can be avoided; the solid calibration sample is filled in a tube, thus the cost is low and the sample is convenient to carry and easy to store and can not be volatilized; and the solid calibration sample is used for color comparison, thus the inspector can intuitively judge whether a detected sample exceeds a standard or not without checking the standard. The method is suitable for the common food safety rapid detecting box. |
