titleOfInvention Preparation method of softener product and softener product prepared by same
abstract The invention relates to a new method for preparing a softener product. The method comprises the following steps: (1) melting quaternary ammonium salt and polyglycol distearate respectively at 50-70 DEG C, mixing to obtain a softener raw material; and (2) directly adding the softener raw material water at 30-60 DEG C and stirring to mix. By adopting the method in the invention, the softener product containing quaternary ammonium salt, particularly, alkyl dimethyl quaternary ammonium salt can be effectively thickened and the production cost can be reduced. The invention also relates to the softener product prepared by the method; and the viscosity of the product (25 DEG C, 30rpm) is more than 500cps, and the optimum viscosity is more than 1000cps.
