titleOfInvention Application of saussurea involucrate Kar.et Kir sikLTP gene in cultivating stress-resistant plants
abstract The invention relates to an application of a saussurea involucrate Kar.et Kir sikLTP gene in cultivating chill-proof, drought-resisting and insect-resistant plants. In the invention, the sikLTP gene is cloned from the saussurea involucrate Kar.et Kir, a plant expression carrier is constructed by utilizing the gene, and a stress-resistant transgenic plant is obtained through genetic transformation. In the invention, the sikLTP gene is cloned from the snow lotus, and is expressed in the transgenic plants, the chill proofness, drought resistance and insect resistance of the transgenic plants are improved, through the excessive expression of the gene, the cold stress resistance, drought resistance and insect resistance of plants are improved, and finally the plants with obviously strengthened stress resistance are obtained.
