abstract | An aim of the invention is to provide a die bond agent for an optical semiconductor element, which can be used for obtaining a cured object with excellent heat resistance, excellent UV resistance and high adhesion performance. The invention relates to the die bond agent for the optical semiconductor element, which comprises the following components: component (A),an organic silicon resin which comprises 0.25-0.75 mol ratio of a unit represented by a general formula [R1R2xSiO(3-x)/2](1) (1) and 0.25-0.75 mol ratio of a unit represented by a general formula (3) and has an epoxy equivalent of 200-1300g/eq; component (B), an epoxy resin which has a group represented by a general formula (2); component (C), a curing agent; component (D), a curing catalyst;component (E), an inorganic filler; component (F), a silane coupling agent; and component (G), an antioxidant. The formula (2) is shown in the description. |
