abstract The invention discloses a synthetic process for preparing 6alpha-fluoro steroids by using an NFTh fluorinating agent. Compounds in a formula (II) are reacted with a fluorine reagent in a formula (III) in an organic solvent to form compounds in a formula (I), wherein R1 is H, halogen or OH; R2 is H, alpha-OH or alpha-C1-5 acyloxy; R3 is H, OH, or alpha and beta C1-3 alkyl; R2 and R3 are alpha epoxy or double bond; 15 and 16 are carbon at positions 15 and 16 of steroidrings; M and Q are respectively H or alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, such as methyl and cyclohexyl, and also can be five-membered or six-membered heterocycle containing an O or N heteroatom, such as furan, pyridine, piperidine and the like; R4 is H or alpha and beta hydroxyl; R5 is H or alpha halogen; R4 and R5 are beta epoxy or double bond; R6 is H or alkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms; the serpentine in the molecular formulas refers to a substituent group alpha or beta; and real and virtual lines between positions 1 and 2 refer to single bond or double bond.
