abstract |
Disclosed is a one-liquid type cyanate epoxy composite resin composition that contains (A) a cyanate ester resin, (B) an epoxy resin, and (C) a latent curing agent, and that has excellent storage stability and quick curability as well as high heat resistance. In particular, said latent curing agent is characterized by containing a modified amine compound (a), which is obtained by reacting at least one type (a-1) selected from amine compounds having one or more tertiary amino groups and one or more primary and/or secondary amino groups and an epoxy compound (a-2), and a phenol resin (b). The amount of the epoxy resin component that is component (B) is preferably 1-10000 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the cyanate ester resin component that is component (A). The amount of latent curing agent that is component (C) is preferably 1-100 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total amount of components (A) and (B). |
