abstract | The invention relates to acidified milk drink powder and a preparation method thereof, and in particular provides a powder composition capable of being added into water for mixing in the minimum degree to form a milk-containing acidified fruit drink with smooth mouthfeel. The powder comprises: i) 20 to 40 weight percent of fruit juice powder, ii) 50 to 70 weight percent of granular sugar, iii) 1 to 2 weight percent of organic acid granule, iv) 4 to 10 weight percent of milk powder and v) 3 to 4 weight percent of granule consisting of carboxymethyl cellulose powder, wherein the diameter of the granules is less than or equal to 0.5mm, and is preferably less than or equal to 0.1mm. The invention also provides a method for preparing the acidified milk drink powder, which comprises the following steps of: performing dry mixing on the granular powder and the carboxymethyl cellulose powder, and mixing the milk powder, the fruit juice powder and the organic acid granule in the obtained mixture. |
